Membership expiration date is as specified in the terms and conditions.
Cancellation after application is complete
Cancellations can be made within 3 business days from the date of application completion.
In the case of a refund, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 3% of the payment amount (rounded up to the nearest whole number) + 660 yen, and we will process the refund to your designated bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations after applying for lessons and events
Cancellations or refunds cannot be made after the application is completed due to circumstances on the part of the applicant. Additionally, postponement to a later date is also not possible.
Refunds will only be made if the organizer cancels the event due to acts of God or unforeseen accidents or disasters beyond the control of the organizer.
