The flexibility of thinking to avoid leaning to either bias. The flexibility to understand opposites.
I talked about this in my previous blog.
So how can we achieve this "mental balance"?
This time I would like to dig a little deeper.
Looking back briefly from last time, it's about combining your own interests with a sense of responsibility and acceptance towards your family and society, finding a vision that provides the answer, and then putting it into action little by little.
This process corresponds to the higher cognitive functions of judgment and execution.
*Interest, curiosity, responsibility, and acceptance are the emotions that form the foundation of our memory.
Then, you improve further, find new angles and directions, and put together a new structure. In the process of repeating this process, you will fail and experience pain. Ultimately, failure will update you to the ability to understand and be considerate of others and the background of various things. In order to maintain mental balance, it is necessary to have both experiences of success and failure.
People are born with the ability to recognize right and wrong, and have a "yardstick" that determines how good and bad things are used depending on the situation. This yardstick, which can be called a mental stance, is formed through each individual's experiences. We all have our own positions, but what we should aim for is an unbiased scale, such a mental stance.
However, I think there is a tendency for people to become more arrogant and stubborn as they age. Perhaps arteriosclerosis is also a result of blood vessels becoming stubborn.
*Arteriosclerosis is a symptom of lifestyle-related diseases caused by high blood pressure, blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, stress and smoking, and can also lead to dementia.
So how do we attain an unbiased mental stance and what is its foundation?
The key point is "interpretation ability." How you interpret various things may be said to be the very essence of your "heart."
When people are at rock bottom of failure or suffering, how do they "interpret" it and move forward?
The premise of not running away: How to obtain an unbiased mental stance!
Step 5: Interpretation skills
Step 1
Accept that you were responsible
※Accept for now
Step 2
Identifying areas for improvement
Step 3
Put it into action and keep going
Step 4
Continue relentlessly
Step 5
Improve and continue
"Rationale"
Polish and condition the balls.
That's how things come together.
To chop.
To settle.

I spoke about personal matters,
What is the goal in the first place?
What is the path to get there?
How long will it take?
Will you find satisfaction?
How can you avoid being stubborn?
Anxiety creates bias.
The foundation of the mental stance to confront such anxiety is to "believe in yourself."
Selfish interpretations cannot continue.
Why?
A selfish interpretation is, in a sense, a "fear" that prevents one from trusting oneself.
If they fail, they will likely blame someone else or society and make excuses.
The selfish interpretation is "lack of experience."
Confront failure head on and factorize the question, "why?" By not running away from it, you can use it as an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the subject, and acquire the ability to interpret while resolving your lack of experience.
"Resilience"
When times are really tough, you need the strength to believe in yourself to get through those hard times.
And persistence is the hardest thing in life.
Aging means that you may have already accomplished something, or you may have given up.
You only live once to be 100 years old.
Is it too long or just for a moment?
How should we interpret this?
Honjo's mouth
Let's take it easy for now.
don't worry be happy!
