【Rhythm Training Basics #2】 Build a Body for Life! "Repetition" is the Shortest Path to Your Goals.】

Hello everyone♪

This is Hayakawa, an evangelist of dance and rhythm exercises!

Last time, I talked about how rhythm training is all about "repetition"!

So, what is the reason and purpose of "repetition"?

It's the process of ingraining it into your body!

Again and again!

The purpose is to repeatedly perform the necessary movements to achieve a goal, confirming the range of motion of each body part, so that the body understands them and can perform them "reflexively" without conscious thought.

Using music in dance and sports training can make the sometimes grueling task of "repetition" more efficient and help reduce mental burden.

There's no shortcut to repeatedly fixing movements in your body.

"Repetition" is the shortest path to your "goal."

We all have a rhythm: our heartbeat.

~Heartbeat... Your own rhythm~ (A normal heart rate is 60-100 beats per minute.) The ability to control this rhythm, making it calm or a rapid beat, leads to self-care.

If your heart rate exceeds 100 just by sitting, that's a problem.

Let's make more use of it

In recent years, it's said that one in three people wears a smartwatch.

The screen always displays your heart rate, and the daily fluctuations in your heart rate are recorded.

Utilizing this will help you master rhythm training.

Every moment depends on your awareness

To guide yourself to "calmness," breathe through your nose.

Deep breathing will lead you into the zone.

One hour after a meal, engage in exercise that raises your heart rate to around 120.

Take the stairs, or take a slightly longer route by choosing a different path than usual.

This alone will increase blood flow, delivering the nutrients you've eaten to every corner of your body.

Always with rhythm

One day, one week, one month, one year, ten years.

Continuously being aware, the beat you carve out within the changing seasons and your connection with nature, the Earth, the sun, the moon, and the universe, becomes a vital rhythm related to our homeostasis.

Would you like to train together?
